This is done through a combination of yoga therapy, nutrition & lifestyle support, cognitive behavioural therapeutic informed coaching.

The Method & pillars
There are 3 core phases to The Sky Coaching Method. While these phases provide a roadmap, your journey will be unique (as it should be!) .
Each phase is essential but your path will be tailored to your individual needs, goals & starting point.
Phase 1: Regulate

Phase 2: Rebuild
- Heal your relationship with food, rest & exercise
- Shift from burnout-driven habits to sustainable self-care
- Establish supportive routines that energize (not drain) you
- Reconnect with your body & trust its signals
Phase 3: Redefine
- Overcome limiting beliefs & self-doubt
- Shift internal dialogue & redefine success on your terms
- Cultivate self-acceptance, confidence, & resilience
- Maintain balance & prevent falling back into burnout cycles

Coach Support
Sky is a qualified & experienced Holistic Health Coach. Known best for her compassionate & integrated (mind & body) approach to health.
Trained in yoga teaching (550hr RYT), mindfulness coaching, certified in nutrition & cognitive behavioural therapy.
Her ability to be a compassionate coach truly comes from her own experience of having a disordered relationship with body, extreme burnout & a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome diagnosis which led to her going on her own journey of restoring her peace (more on the about page).
She has supported 00's of clients through their own journey back to a place of health & wellbeing. As well as founding 'The Mind-Body Pod' podcast which supports thousands of people worldwide.
