We focus on the 5 pillars of your relationship with body: Embodiment, mindset, body image, attuning to bodily sensations, health behaviours (Diet, exercise, rest etc.)

We will work together to heal your relationship with your body, manage stress & create a lifestyle that supports you being happy & healthy.
